A daily meal for 2-3 months of baked aubuergene (egg plant) can be beneficial in expelling the negative toxins from the colon which cause the pain.
Simply mash one up and fry it whilst adding purifying and healthy spices such as cumin, turmeric, garlic and coriander to suit personal taste whilst frying.

- Dry Ginger
